Deregallera – working with the academic community
We’re proud to announce that we’ve just made arrangements to sponsor our third PhD student – Duncan Hardie at Cardiff University (arrange with the help of computational chemistry Professor Stefano Leoni).
Duncan is working on high performance thermoelectric generation material synthesis (theoretical modelling) and his efforts will be invaluable in aiding our own research projects, all while we help him to achieve his academic potential.
But that’s not the only way Deregallera is involved with the academic community:
- PhD sponsorship at Southampton University (under Professor Gill Reid)
- A research assistant at Cambridge University
- A research assistant at Southampton University
- And another to come from Cardiff University soon
We also have a consultancy agreement with Cardiff University, Exeter University for theoretical physics (working on new ceramic materials) and with Professor Zi-Qiang Zhu at Sheffield.
And to top it all off we collaborate with the National Physical Laboratory on measurement verification.
